Live Activities

Live Activities require an iPhone and iOS version that support them. Check that Live Activities are allowed for POYM in Settings, then reopen POYM and start the item again.

Notifications and settings

POYM’s Live Activities are separate from ordinary notifications. Check Settings › Apps › POYM for relevant permissions and make sure Low Power Mode or Focus is not affecting what you expect to see.

Automatic Appearance

Automatic Appearance is a Premium feature and depends on a saved schedule, network availability, and iOS presentation. Check the schedule status in the item editor, confirm your device can receive Live Activities, and try again with a future time.

Subscriptions and Restore Purchases

Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple. To change or cancel a subscription, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions. In POYM, use Restore Purchases in Settings if an existing purchase is not reflected.
