POYM
Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 5, 2026
Introduction
POYM (“POYM”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the POYM app, the Automatic Appearance service, and the POYM website.
Information You Create
POYM stores the content you create primarily on your device. This may include item titles, notes, checklist items, appearance settings, completion status, and schedules. This information remains under your control and can be edited or deleted within the app.
Automatic Appearance Service
If you enable Automatic Appearance, POYM processes the information required to display a scheduled Live Activity. Depending on the feature you use, this may include an installation identifier, an Apple push-to-start token, schedule information, time zone, delivery status, and the content required to display the Live Activity, such as the item title, note text, checklist entries, and appearance settings. This information is processed solely to deliver scheduled Live Activities and maintain the reliability of the service. It is never used for advertising or marketing.
Purchases
Subscriptions are purchased through Apple. POYM uses RevenueCat to manage subscriptions, verify Premium entitlement, restore purchases, and present subscription offers. RevenueCat may process purchase-related information, subscription status, app-specific identifiers, device information, and diagnostic data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.
Live Activities and Push Notifications
POYM uses Apple’s Live Activity and Push Notification infrastructure to request scheduled Live Activities. Apple determines whether, when, and how a Live Activity is presented on your device based on system conditions, device settings, and platform behavior.
Data Retention
Content stored only on your device remains until you delete it. Information related to Automatic Appearance is retained only for as long as necessary to operate scheduled Live Activities and maintain limited operational records for reliability and diagnostics. When a scheduled item is removed or scheduling is disabled, the associated server-side schedule is also removed as part of normal service operation.
Security
POYM uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the information processed by the Automatic Appearance service. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Third-Party Services
POYM relies on Apple App Store for payments, Apple Push Notification service, Apple Live Activities, and RevenueCat for subscription management. This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to certain processing where applicable. Questions regarding privacy or data handling can be sent to the contact email below.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the latest revision became effective.
