Acceptance

By downloading or using POYM, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.

About POYM

POYM is a personal memory companion that helps you remember important information using Live Activities and other productivity features.

Automatic Appearance

POYM can request that iOS display a Live Activity at or around a scheduled time. The timing and presentation of Live Activities depend on Apple, iOS, device settings, network conditions, and system behavior. POYM does not guarantee that a scheduled Live Activity will appear at an exact time or that it will always be displayed. Automatic Appearance should not be relied upon as the sole reminder for time-critical, emergency, medical, or safety-related situations.

Premium Subscription

Certain features require a Premium subscription. Subscriptions are sold through Apple as auto-renewable subscriptions. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, subscriptions renew automatically. Billing, cancellations, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Apple. Subscriptions can be managed at any time through your Apple Account settings. If a free trial is offered and you are eligible, the subscription automatically converts into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple.

Your Content

You are responsible for all content you create within POYM. You agree not to use POYM to create, store, or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

Availability

We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue features of POYM where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature or service.

Limitation of Liability

POYM is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, POYM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the application. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating POYM, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
